Straight from Decatur, GA, and shaking things up in Charlotte, Miss Candi Yams serves up Southern spice with a side of sugar! This Black Southern beauty has been dancing her whole life, y’all. She is the 2026 1st Runner Up Mx Ebony Burlesque. Blending technical precision with her shimmies, Candi cooks up a whole new dish. Feast your eyes until you’re satisfied!

Miss Candi Yams is a burlesque performer based in Charlotte, NC. She is a lifelong performer, with a primary focus on dance. She has a B.A. in Dance from UNC Charlotte, has choreographed for community theater, and taught ballet and jazz to youth from pre-K through high school. Candi loves burlesque, and focuses mostly on classic and neo-burlesque styles.
